I am at least 21 years old.

I am the resident of Santa Barbara County or the City of Ventura.

If I am applying to foster a kitten under 6 months or a litter, my children and/or grandchildren are at least 10 years old to limit exposure to accidents from dropping, squeezing or other accidents. Otherwise, I am only eligible to foster a cat 6 months and older.

I will keep my foster cats indoors only.
